Dan T. McCaslin, CFP® is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a principal advisor at Snowball Wealth Management, LLC. After fourteen years with Alpine Bank as a Senior Vice President/Director of Sales, Dan wisely decided (after rejecting our first offer) to bring his financial expertise to Snowball Wealth Management. Dan, not only has the educational credentials as a Certified Financial Planner™ that Snowball Wealth wants, but he also brings nearly two decades of exceptional client service and relationship management to our firm.

Dan worked in several different industries before landing in financial services which is why he’s so sure wealth management is his bailiwick.  Educating clients about smart money management, investments, and overall financial literacy is Dan’s passion and what drives him. Traveling to almost every state immediately after college gave Dan a new perspective, ultimately leading him to the belief that we’re all much similar than we think. Dan’s approachability is one of his key strengths.

Dan is a home-grown Coloradan with a business administration degree from Colorado Mesa University. He earned his Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2017. He’s a member of the Youthzone board of directors in the Roaring Fork Valley and has served this youth diversion non-profit since moving to Glenwood Springs in 2012.

When he’s not helping others on the path to financial righteousness, Dan enjoys time with his family, tinkering with his cars, and hunting for the perfect wristwatch.
